Aaron (Slayersmith) will be making Fish Tacos...good ole Halibut Tacos...Anyone know a good "white Sauce" for fish tacos?

Launch time 7:00AM at and next to the boat ramp...
Weigh in 12:00PM sharp...late fish do not count

I won't be able to make the tournament, but I know a good white sauce for fish tacos. It's called Crema Fresca Casera made by El Mexicano. You can find it at most grocery stores on the Mexican side of town or at some Costco's. Same stuff they use in most restraunts.
