Do we want to start with a small boat tourney or a kayak fishing tourney?

That's an idea Joe B, for the first one to get a bunch of people together...I can also get the sponsors involved...

Can you get Jim Bob and Paul to come? Uncle Roger too?
I think I can get Gulps for everyone...

Kenny

Lets say you have decided on a boat tourney...does that mean no yakers can enter?
That would be a cool idea to have boat/yak to be the first tourney. Definitely more people will come out to participate.
Newport Harbor would be a nice location. Both boat/yak would have equal advantages.

shoot i'll try. most likely paul will enter, jim is a eeh :| not sure, roger i'll try but most likey not cuz he lives so far. so are we gonna have two people on one boat be in the tourniment too? if so we'd just have to trust the people in the tourniment will be honest and only count the actual fish he/she caught and not the other person.

Joe, they can have as many people as the boat will take legally...It all depends on the weight cap for the boat...I don't want to limit it to 2 people in a boat or make it a team thing...I think the only problem with Newport Harbor is the boat ramp at the Dunes is a really long paddle to get bait...
