I'm sure most of you are aware of the MLPA and what is going on. Please do what you can so we can continue to fish the waters we enjoy. Otherwise, we might loose that right. This is serious.

Paul L. is putting together a KFACA Benefit Tourney on June 27 in La Jolla.

There is also a MLPA meeting on June 4th in Los Angeles at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel at 9:30 AM. Show up so our voices can be heard and we keep home waters open to us kayakers.

The tournament is Saturday, and if we don't get 3 more people to sign up by Wednesday the 24th, I'm going to cancel this tourney. I will still paddle out Saturday at Newport, and your more than welcome to join me, but we will not have the jackpot or the raffle.

Well, it's Thursday and noone else signed up for this monthly tournament, so I regretfully have to cancel this tourney. I will however still be going out around 7am and most likely paddleing towards Crystal Cove...anyone is welcome to join me and my dad is most likely going.
